At Llorca, every piece is handmade in our workshop in Saint-Ouen.
We try to move quickly, but above all we take the time to do things properly.

[1] Shipping

Preparation time: Orders that are in stock are prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. For items made to order, the preparation time may be longer. This information is indicated directly on the product page.As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

[2] Delivery

Estimated delivery times France: 3 to 10 business daysEurope: 5 to 12 business days International: varies depending on the destination. Delivery times may be slightly longer during launches, capsule releases or periods of high activity.

[3] Returns & Exchanges

Want to return an item?You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return costs

France: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International: return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the product has been received and inspected in our workshop.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
