Lifetime warranty

Every Llorca bag comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks, we fix it — free of charge, no questions asked.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects of any kind: stitching, zippers, straps, buckles, hardware. Faulty materials. Any component that fails under normal use. If the bag didn't do its job, we take responsibility.

What's not covered

Normal wear from everyday use — abrasion, stains, natural fading over time. Damage from accidents, misuse or extreme conditions. Repairs carried out by an external workshop. If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help.

How it works

Send an email to vincent@llorca.zip with your order number, a few photos and a short description of the issue. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. You can then drop the bag off at our workshop in Saint-Ouen or send it by post. We'll repair or replace it depending on the situation.

Why?

Because we make bags to last, and we stand behind what we build. Because repairing is better than replacing. Because when you buy a Llorca piece, we'd rather you keep it for twenty years than buy a new one in two.
